- SHAFAK was officially established in 2013, while it is founded during the early months of the Syrian Crisis in 2011. At its core, SHAFAK is a grassroots NGO that was formed by Syrians for Syrians, with the intent of addressing the needs of their life with dignity, equality and humanity with a focus on sustainability and autonomy.
- SHAFAK is an impartial, independent, non-profit NGO that exists for the express purpose of providing humanitarian services to vulnerable people regardless of political or religious affiliations and on the long run to contribute to recover and rebuilding the society on freedom, justice and equality basis.

The total bid price shall be quoted US Dollars (USD). Payment shall be made in the invoice on the date of payment.
All bids shall be submitted compliant to the terms and conditions of this bidding conditions. SHAFAK organization reserves the right to reject bids that are not compliant to the bidding terms and conditions.
Auditing firms who want to participate in this tender should submit their bids before 17:00 on 19th Feb 2017. The bid should include copies of auditing firms’ statutory documents, registration certificate, copies of the original documents to authorize providing of such type of services, list or references from the most prominent clients and other according to the requirements stated in the bidding documents.
In case the bidder plans to engage a sub-contractor in order to complete the terms of reference of the Services, the bidder is required to submit all the technical and financial documents of the proposed sub-contractor.
