Relief International invites your submission of a procurement notice to provide Training service in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. Relief International intends to issue a Service contract for the following services; the Training which is established to raise the capacity building for the field CHWs in Syria in how to deal with many concepts regarding community health and hygiene promotion concepts. The target groups of trainees in this training will be CHWs, it should be a 3 days training for 21 participant with accommodation for the participants and their companions.

Offers should be submitted by email to the bellow mentioned RI e-mail after review the attached Scope of work and submit the following document:

• The attached Scope of Work signed and stamped.
• The quotation to be submitted according to the Annex (A) in the attached file.
• Trainer’s CV should be sent to be reviewed and preapproved.
• High-Definition photos for the offered venue and accommodation.
• Training materials to be sent and preapproved.

Relief International Community Health Firm should send the files to RI via muhammed.samo@ri.org. The deadline for submission of procurement dossier is 25 October 2017 at 17.00 hrs (Local time), offers submitted after 17:00 will not be evaluated.
