Invitation to open tender for a framework agreement for the supply and installation of solar panels to operate boreholes in Al Hassaneya and Al Janudeya in Idleb Province under NCA 330978 (H600-43) Project”.

PAH office in Turkey and Syria in collaboration with NCA is opening a tender for two solar panels stations (the details below) to be delivered and installed to the locations below in Syria:

1. Al Hassaneya:

Provision and installation of solar panels in Alhasania to operate four (4) shallow boreholes details as below:

• Provision and installation of solar panels (250 W) with cables to run submersible pumps with all needs to get the work completely well done.
• Providing and installing electric panels includes manual switches breakers between generator and solar panels capacity of 7.5 HP with all needs to get the work completely well done.
• Providing and installing Protection lightning system in three locations between panels. Each location includes the metal column (like I letter) to fix inhibitory copper head – earth rod from copper – connect each metallic and electronic parts of the solar system with the earth rod – copper cables 16 mm2- small resistance conductors – small dig to fix earth rod (depth no more 1.5 m) according to the type of soil and electric resistance not less than 0.5 Uom with all need to get the work completely well done.
• Providing and installing metallic basis (metal foundations) for installing panels with all needs to get the work completely well done according to supervisor’s guidance’s. The locations will be prepared by investor.
• Provision and installation of inverter capacity7.5 Hp – without batterie – suitable to work on work in MPPT system.
• Supply and installation of fuses to protect electronic parts from lightning and cut off electric with all needs to get the work completely well done.

1. Al Janudeya:
   provision and installation of solar panels to operate three (3) shallow boreholes in Al Janudiyeh water project, details as below:

• Provision and installation of solar panels (250 W) with cables to run submersible pumps with all needs to get the work completely well done.
• Providing and installing metallic basis (metal foundations) for installing panels with all needs to get the work completely well done according to supervisor’s guidance’s. The locations will be prepared by investor.
• Providing and installing inverter capacity 11KW suitable to work with MPPT system with all needs to get the work completely well done. (Without batteries).
• Providing and installing electric panels includes manual switches breakers between generator and solar panels capacity of 11 KW with all needs to get the work completely well done.
• Providing and installing Protection lightning system in three locations between panels. Each location includes the metal column (like I letter) to fix inhibitory copper head – earth rod from copper – connect each metallic and electronic parts of the solar system with the earth rod- copper cables 16 mm2- small resistance conductors – small dig to fix earth rod (depth no more 1.5 m) according to the type of soil and electric resistance not less than 0.5 Uom with all need to get the work completely well done.
• Supply and installation of fuses to protect electronic parts from lightning and cut off electric with all needs to get the work completely well done.
  Other obligatory requirements fulfilled by vendor:
• Delivering Solar panels to Syria project locations (mentioned above) with installation and all the required connections between the panels and the water stations.

Pah Solar Panel Tender Announcement How to apply your bid:

• The last date to receive the bids is the 15^th of January 2018.
• The company documents (company registration documents in Turkey, Tax number, Certificates, official bank account) to be put inside envelope.
• The financial offer and specifications to be put inside another envelope with all the requested documents.
• The first and second envelope to be included in one big envelope, written on it the name of the contractor and the tender name.
• Each bid doesn’t meet the requirements will be rejected.
