The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. IRC responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises and helps people to survive and rebuild their lives. Founded in 1933, the IRC offers lifesaving care and life-changing assistance to refugees forced to flee from war or disaster.

 

The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for establishing a tender for provision of Hotel Accommodation and Conference Venue Services for IRC Turkey country program for one (1) year.

 

The proposal must be submitted in the format requested as received RFP in a sealed envelope marked Hotel Accommodation and Conference Venue Services IRC 2017_Gaziantep with a company name and hand delivered to below address to be placed in the tender box:

Deadline for submission is 17:00 on January 05, 2017. No proposal will be accepted after this time.

 

Deadline for written inquiries about those solicitation are accepted before close of business on January 03, 2016. Such inquiries must be directed to TR-Tender-01@rescue.org indicating the category interested in and reference number in subject line.

Uluslararası Kurtarma Komitesi (IRC) mülteciler ve baskı veya şiddetli çatışma altında kalan mağdurlar için destek, koruma ve yerleşim hizmetleri sağlayan, her hangi bir mezhebe bağlı olmayan, özel, uluslararası ve gönüllü bir organizasyondur. IRC dünyanın en kötü insani krizlerine tepki vermekte ve insanların hayatta kalmaları ve hayatlarını yeniden inşaa etmelerine yardımcı olmaktadır. 1933 yılında kurulan IRC, savaş ya da felaketten kaçmak zorunda kalan mültecilerin hayatlarını kurtarması ve değişen yaşam koşulları için yardımlar sağlamaktadır.

 

IRC, Otel Konaklaması ve Konferans Salonu Servisinde 1 yıl süre boyunca hizmet vermesi için bu işe uygun nitelikli şirketlerden teklifte bulunmalarını talep ediyor.

 

Teklif, kapalı zarf içerisinde ekli TEKLIF FORMU nun el ile doldurulup sunulmalı ve zarf üzerine Hotel Accommodation and Conference Venue Services IRC 2017_Gaziantep  yazılıp aşağıdaki adrese imzalı ve şirket kaşeli olarak teslim edilmelidir.

Son başvuru tarihi 05 Ocak 2017 saat 17:00 olup bu tarihten sonraki başvurular kabul edilmeyecektir.
