HOPES Projesi (Suriyeliler için Yüksek ve İleri Öğrenim İmkanları ve Perspektilleri), Mısır, Kuzey Irak, Ürdün, Lübnan ve Türkiye’de, Suriye’den gelen sığınmacıları ve durumdan etkilenen yerel halkları desteklemek amacıyla  yerel ve bölgesel eğitim kurumları tarafından yürütülen yenilikçi, kısa süreli eğitim projelerine fon sağlamaktadır. Proje Teklif Çağrıları açılmıştır.

Hopes Proje Hakkında

HOPES, Avrupa Birliği’nin Suriye Krizi’ne yönelik bölgesel yardım fonu tarafından fnanse edilen ve Alman Akademik Değişim Servisi (DAAD), British Council, Campus France ve Nufic tarafından yürütülen 12 milyon euroluk bir projedir.

Projeninin amacı, orta ögrenim sonrası yaşlarda olan ve Suriye’den gelen mülteciler ile yüksek sayıdaki mülteci akınından etkilenen ev sahibi ülkelerin gençlerinin kaliteli yüksek ve ileri eğitime erişimini kolaylaştırmaktır.

PROJE TEKLİF ÇAĞRILARI HAKKINDA

• Proje Teklif Çağrılarının Spesifk Amaçları, Yüksek ve İleri Öğrenim gören ya da dil kursları alan hedef grupların, 18-32 (ortaöğrenim sonrası) yaş aralığındaki hem Suriyeli hem de Türk gençlerin sayısını arttırmak,
• Eğitim kurumlarının mültecilerin eğitimi konusundaki kapasite arttırımını sağlayarak hem Suriyeli hem de Türk gençlerin yüksek ve ileri eğitime erişim olanaklarının arttırılması,
• Ayrıca mültecilerin eğitiminin online kaynaklar, yenilikçi derslere daha iyi erişim ve eğitim desteği ile güçlendirilmesidir.
• HOPES Projesi Suriyeli Mülteciler ile yerel halk arasındaki sosyal uyum ve diyaloğun geliştirilmesine katkıda bulunan projeleri desteklemektedir.

Hopes Proje KİMLER BAŞVURABİLİR ?

Teklif çağrıları ile Mısır, Kuzey Irak, Ürdün, Lübnan, Türkiye ve/veya Suriye’de toplam 14 projeye hibe sağlanacaktır.

Yerel kurumlar, faaliyetleri çerçevesinde, maksimum 12 aylık bir süre için €6.000’dan €60.000’ya kadar fon talep edebilirler.

The second round of HOPES CALL FOR PROPOSALS is launched!

The project HOPES (Higher and Further Education Opportunities and Perspectives for Syrians) is launching its second round of Call for Proposals (CfP) to support innovative education initiatives and short-term projects targeting refugees from Syria and vulnerable host communities across Egypt, Northern Iraq (KRI), Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Syria and implemented by local institutions.

ABOUT HOPES

HOPES is a 12€ million project funded by the European Union’s Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian Crisis the ‘Madad Fund’ and implemented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), British Council, Campus France and Nuffic.

It aims at signifcantly improving the situation of refugees of post-secondary age from Syria and young people in host communities affected by the high influx of refugees, by directly addressing their education needs.

ABOUT THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS:

• The objective of the CfP is to increase the number of refugees of post-secondary age (between 18 and 32 years) from Syria as well as young people in host communities, that are enrolled and trained in higher education programmes and training courses including innovative further education options and language courses.
• It also seeks to enhance the education and training institutions’ capacity to deal with the specific situation of refugees and provide Syrian and vulnerable youth from the host communities, with opportunities to access further and higher education.
• Furthermore, it aims to promote refugee education through better access to online resources, innovative courses and educational support.
• The CfP encourages projects that contribute to enhancing the social cohesion between refugees from Syria and the host communities.

WHO CAN APPLY?

Through this Call for Proposals, a maximum of 14 projects will be funded in Egypt, Northern Iraq (KRI), Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey and/or Syria.

Local institutions can request funds for their actions ranging from 6,000€ to 60,000€ for a maximum duration of 12 months.
